Preface
A "impressão digital" of how to think football
"I like to design teams as living beings. Through a process of birth and growth very own, specific, each with their own personality. Are born, live and die. And so on. Each with their fingerprint. Futebolistiamente" human . It is the construction of that personality, your genetic code, which fascinates me. Give eleven players the same DNA. NO pack that cradle a man. The coach. Coaching is, in essence, giving personality to a collective. Until it is singular. "
"Reading this work is to interact with the game. Sign in their purest strains and then give it a philosophy itself. Inseparable and one. Because the play is always very specific. Because a good job of reflection is too. Like this. With a fingerprint of unparalleled quality. In pursuit only of understanding the play. Step by step, to ultimately understand the whole. The football team as a living being. "

Book Description: Since the training process is unique and should be directed to the game you want, then this should then be based on the Model of Game embodied in a set of principles of action which will serve as a reference to the conduct of and that will achieve the objective of organizing the team. The players' decisions should be based on certain principles which constitute, as a whole, the internal logic of operation of the team. For this to happen you have to train with the main priority purchasing habits for a specific form of football, which in our view and according to research carried out is mainly facilitated and promoted by Tactical Periodization. To achieve this objective is not foreign intervention competent and proper coaching throughout the process because it allows a more concrete and effective targeting. To better understand the subtext of these issues have defined the following objectives: to describe the mechanisms inherent in the process of compliance with principles of the game, ask about ways to envisage this process by the coaches with regard to their specific operation, allowing a maximization of transfer of the core content of training for the game.
