This new book from the collection of Manuel Conde, Camino al Éxito, is the most interesting and successful in this series.
Firstly by essentially treating the issue that probably matters most to coaches - the tactical.
With the printing of all books of this collection, the number 3 just brings an interesting prologue to Arrigo Sachi, where a fundamental idea is conveyed, "the coach should be directed through an important guide (philosophy of play, as the first vehicle) whose main purpose is the interpretation of it. aquirem Protogonos Continuing means (tactics, technique, fitness ... as the second vehicle).
After the book is a fantastic Manacial of tactical considerations, the most prestigious coaches and thinkers of the modern game, or not, as the maximum of Albert Einstein "madness is to do the same and expect different results." Current and perfectly valid in the context of the activities of coaches.
As we can see in the index, several issues are discussed tactics, many of them put in a surprisingly innovative. In the end, this book with more than 200 pages, appears to us an interesting chapter on "coaching".
For all this, I must really advise reading this book to all coaches, especially those who already have a route for several years in athletic training at the level of football. The reflections in this issue may be the "click" that was needed for the development you want.
This is, therefore, a contribution that I believe EXCELLENT!
