? The individual tactics part of working from an active teaching strategies in which the player must discover and solve problems.
• The technical-tactical part of working with sets of application areas.
• The notion collective tactic is present at the end of each session in the form of themed party.



In the annual goals are presented by topic, the session type of the class, the working cycles per session, test sheets, 60 sessions and 450 training exercises that will support, through cycles, from the simplest to more complex and are accompanied by explanatory graphics. Each session and each exercise presents a training base for the coach to prepare the training plan tailored to the needs of your group and long term goals set.

INTRODUCTION

A young footballer who has followed a normal study begins his eighth season of practice (three starters, two splits of champagne and two juveniles).

Start a new adventure sports and a new stage of training: children.
This will last 4 years at grade 12 to 15 years.

This should make the player understand that there are some rules to respect, be responsible and take their acts, which sometimes must accept this injustice and, above all, that should have a role in the band, on the computer.
The result of this work is respect of the slogans to be of service to the community, to contribute to a team goal.

The coach responsible for a group of 12 to 15 years is a second father, is the benchmark, the manager and example. It is the older brother, but the authority. It must be credible and honest in the sight of all.
You must earn respect for their competence and for justice.

The child stage is not just a competition of sports data, but mainly technical union-mental-physical tactics in the service of sport and football that will advance and progress to our young player.

As in my previous works, I noticed the same line of conduct for 12 years and 15 years: the interest of the player and its specificity in their training, but also the search for the transversality of my exercises with the party.

The objectives to achieve this learning are structured in cycles and topics tailored to the needs of the players, declining work unsuited to this age.
They are extended and compounded over the season, allowing young players to get a steady progression, planned and linear.

• The technical content of my program is based on the refinement of gesture gained at the initiation stage, if possible by encouraging their speed of execution.

Each week we simulate specific job control, passing and linkages with three players.
